Before you write
- Your Rising sign looks wrong? It depends on the exact birth time and place: check both in Setting → Edit Profile. If you ticked “I Don’t Know Exact Time”, the chart is drawn for 12:00 noon and the Rising sign is only a guess.
- Can’t find your birthplace? Try another spelling or the nearest larger city — the time zone and coordinates come with the place you pick.
- Palm or face reading says the photo isn’t usable? Use good light, hold the phone steady and keep the whole palm — or only your face, without sunglasses or a mask — inside the frame. Readings need an internet connection.
- No “Your message for today” notification? Allow notifications for Astrology in your phone’s settings.
- Want the app in another language? Open Setting → Language: English, Deutsch, Français, Tiếng Việt, हिन्दी, Español, اردو, Bahasa Indonesia, Português or العربية.
- Data request? Name the right you are exercising (access, rectification, erasure) so we can route it correctly.
